Sukshma Vyayama:-

Neck rolls, shoulder shrugs, wrist and Ankle Rotations, Spinal Twists, Side Bends, Forward Bends, Shoulder and Arm Movements.


Basic Asanas: (Standing, Sitting, Supine & Prone Positions)

(Practice, Benefits, Limitations, Do's, and Don'ts of All Asanas)


  1. Standing Position: Tadasana, Vriksasana, Hasta Uttanasana, Padahastasana, Trikonasana.

  2. Sitting Position: Sukhasana, Janushirasana, Vakrasana, Paschimottanasana, Baddhakonasaana.

  3. Supine Position: Savasana, Setubandhasana, Ardhahalasana, Suptamatsyendrasana, Pawanmuktasana.

  4. Prone Position: Makarasana, Bhujangasana, shalabhasana


 

  1. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations – Classical & Modern)
  2. Intro to Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)

 Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Sectional Breathing, kapalabhati.


Basic Introductions of Mudras and Bandhas.

  1. Meditation Techniques (Guided meditation for focus and calm)
  2. Shatkarma (Yogic Cleansing) – Jalaneti, Kapalabhati, Trataka (Intro level)

  1. What is Yoga According to: Vedas, Upanishads, Jainism and Buddhism
  2. Yoga Methods: Rajayoga, Bhaktiyoga, Mantrayoga, Jnanayoga, Karmayoga, Hathayoga, Ashtanga Yoga (Eight Limbs of Yoga)
  3. Introduction to Texts: Bhagavad Gita ,Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali yoga sutra
